Gift Shop Consignment Agreement

2024 Pumpkin Patch Season

Thanks for your interest in selling your handcrafted items in the Gift Shop at Prior Creek Farms. We hope to highlight the work of talented people in Southeast Kansas!

Makers and artists do not pay a monthly fee or shelf rent, and there is no upfront cost.  Prior Creek Farms retains a 25% commission and the consignor receives 75% of the selling price.

Prior Creek Farms arranges items in our Gift Shop based upon available space.  You are welcome to bring equipment or accessories to help display your products. (Keep in mind our space is limited.)  Your products will typically be displayed together, but we may mix some items for featured displays.  Please have your items labeled/priced, and supply an inventory sheet at drop off.  If our shelves are filled, we may not be able to display all items at once.

Prior Creek Farms does not buy wholesale and makes no guarantee of sales.

The Gift Shop will be open during our Pumpkin Patch season – weekends and Tuesday evenings through October.  Please set up a time to pick up your unsold items and commission check within 10 days of our last open weekend.
